About US
We are a general dental practice who specialise in family and anxious-patient care. We aim to provide quality treatment which provides our patients with excellent long term oral health. As an independently run dental practice, our management and ownership is not connected to a health fund or large corporate entity.
-
Practice owner, Dr Heather Tindall, brings over 40 years of practising experience. She works closely with each of our dentists to ensure the highest possible treatment quality.
-
We keep our team small so all our dentists know your full history and preferences.
-
We enjoy getting to know the person behind the patient. You will feel like an individual during your visit and won’t be lumped in with thousands of health fund members.
-
Our dentists are not under any strict deadlines and always have the freedom and time to develop and tailor treatment plans focused on long-term oral health.
-
There are no restrictions on treatments available due to Health Fund exclusions or qualifying periods allowing you freedom of choice when it comes to your treatment.
-
We have the time to put you at ease. Understanding that your trip to the dentist can be stressful, we take time to make our patients feel comfortable and at home.
-
We are not restricted by your choice of health fund and can provide on-site e-claims.
-
We provide Medicare bulk billing for Department of Veteran Affairs only. If you are on any other Medicare benefits scheme, please call the surgery to discuss your options prior to your appointment.
Changes aimed to keep you safer during COVID-19
We are continuously enhancing our already stringent sterilisation protocols to match new information and guidelines from the Australian Dental Association and Centre for Disease and Control.
We ask you:
-
Do not attend the practice if you have any of symptoms associated with COVID-19.
-
Wear a mask to your appointment.
-
Maintain 1.5 metre distance between patients not in your household unit.
-
Continuously use the hand sanitiser available throughout the surgery.
-
Be aware we will ask you a number of questions prior to your appointment.
-
Understand that we sterilise patient touch points for each and every patient.
Please bear with us during this time of many changes, we are doing our best to continue to provide the best possible experience for our patients.
